Born & raised in Berkeley County, I manage 3 local family businesses & constantly strive to help my hometown grow & prosper. My fiance, Charles & I raise our son, Avery, in downtown Martinsburg & we want him & his generation to have a safe & entertaining community. Therefore, community involvement is an important role for me because through volunteerism I am able to fight for the growth & prosperity of our community.

Ellen been a board member for 5 years and currently working for The Berkeley County Schools. Ellen is married to Ralph Hunter.

Randy Lewis

Randy Lewis

Born and raised in Martinsburg West Virginia. Randy attended West Virginia University. He owned and operated his own Men’s store in downtown Martinsburg for 14 years.

In 2007 Randy became the Executive Director of Main Street Martinsburg, a non-profit organization. Randy has been involved with Main Street Martinsburg for more than 20 years, where he has been a past president for the organization. Main Street Martinsburg program is accredited by the National Trust for Historic Preservations National Main Street program. Randy is passionate for promoting and enhancing and as well for the economic strength of the downtown and for the city of Martinsburg.

Randy is active in the community. He has serving on a numerous boards in the community. He is married to Kay and they have 4 children.
