It’s that time of year again to start planning Bike Night 2017
Third Saturday in August, August 19th from 5:00pm to 11:00pm in downtown Martinsburg. This year the event is also sponsored by Main Street Martinsburg and the West Virginia Blue Knights.
In the previous year’s you have provided a great deal of assistance. This year we are in need of your help in providing and setting up your area. All food vendors will be set up in the 100 block of West Burke Street. Tables and chairs will be in the middle of food alley to encourage public to eat and dine. All merchandise vendors, non-profit organizations will be set up on the 100 block of North Queen Street and 100 block South Queen Street, facing the East Burke Street. Vendors can set up between 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
- 10 by 10 space – Fee: $175.00 (additional space requires another fee)
- 10 by 10 space (Non-Profits Organizations) – Fee: $75.00
- Food Vendor Space – Fee: $250.00
All bikes will be on display on all 4 blocks of Queen Street and the Public Square. The Band will be set up on East Burke Street in front of the Beer Garden which will be in the East Burke Parking Lot.
Please return the enclosed vendor form and fee by Friday, July 28, 2017 to Main Street Martinsburg, The Hub Suites, 142 N. Queen Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401. Payment is required at this time.
