Fall Food Fest Food Truck Vendor Application

All applications are juried by our event committee on a first come first serve basis.
October 4th, 2025 from 11am-6pm
In order to be included in promotional materials, applications must be submitted no later than August 15th, 2025.
Only food truck/trailers are allowed.
Vendor Fees are $200 per truck or $400 per premium space. ALL applications/spaces are juried by our committee on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified via email on application status and on space availability.
Truck must have WV Business License, WV Fire Marshall Inspection sticker.
MSM reserves the right to deny food trucks based on the following, but not limited to:
Type of food already provided by another vendor, to prevent over crowding a category
History of no-show
History of altercations with health department
History of not following MSM directions/guidelines during set up and break down
Visual appeal / generator wattage
Easy Steps to do:
• If you do NOT have a Berkeley Co. annual permit - download the guidelines for temporary permit for food truck at the BERKELEY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Health Department applications for temporary food permits are due by September 1st, 2025.
• Notify the Health Department ASAP for event and related questions: 304-267-7130
• If you have not worked with MSM previously, we will need a copy of State of West Virginia Business License.
